Challenge:

Mercy Corps sought a deeper understanding of how to engage the private sector in their digital programming—and where the biggest partnership opportunities and risks were.

Our Role:

We conducted a full Technology for Development (T4D) landscape assessment focused on public-private partnerships. This included mapping telecom ecosystems, reviewing connectivity options, and identifying ethical partnership models.

Outcome:

The final report included specific partnership models and recommendations that Mercy Corps could apply across multiple country programs.
