Digital Strategy: A Mid-Term Review

Challenge:
IFAD needed a critical review of its 10-year digital strategy at the halfway point, with actionable recommendations for the remaining five years.
Our Role:
We conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the strategy’s performance to date, including stakeholder interviews, KPI analysis, and risk assessments. We delivered a revised digital action plan aligned with IFAD’s evolving mission and partner landscape.
The Outcome:
Our recommendations were integrated into IFAD’s ongoing digital transformation work, enabling better alignment across field programs and headquarters.
