Challenge:

UNHCR needed a strategic guide to help field teams and partners evaluate and establish effective connectivity partnerships with private telecom operators.

Our Role:

We led the end-to-end development of Collaboration for Connectivity, a practical guide to structuring humanitarian-private connectivity partnerships with MNOs and ISPs.

Outcome:

The guide has been widely adopted by UNHCR country offices and partners and remains one of the most referenced resources in the humanitarian connectivity space.
